Welcome to UseCodify Bootcamp. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and training programs offered by UseCodify Bootcamp (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, enrolling in any course, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

UseCodify Bootcamp is operated by UseCodify (the "Company"), a bootstrapped agency providing hands-on tech training programs. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility

To enroll in our programs, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under 18. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access to anyone who violates these Terms or provides false information.

2. Enrollment and Access

Enrollment is complete upon successful payment and confirmation from us.

Access to the program materials, resources, and sessions is granted for the duration of the enrolled course (e.g., 4 weeks for the Basic Plan).

All access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or materials with others is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

Programs are delivered remotely via online platforms such as Slack, Zoom, or email. You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and compatible devices.

Upon completion of the training, we may select participants for a 6-month unpaid internship in various fields, including but not limited to web development, sales, or other areas, based on performance. This is at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed. Selected interns will contribute to real projects under supervision but will not receive monetary compensation.

3. Payment

Fees are as listed on the Pricing page (e.g., ₹3,000 for the Basic Plan, ₹5,000 for 3 months, ₹9,000 for 6 months).

Payments are made via UPI, bank transfer, or other methods we specify. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 4.

Prices are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change fees at any time, but changes will not affect already enrolled participants.

Payment confirms your enrollment, and we will provide access within 24-48 hours.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

There are no refunds after payment has been made, as access to materials and resources begins immediately upon enrollment.

If you cancel before the program starts, we may offer a refund minus a 10% administrative fee, at our discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future program.

No refunds for non-attendance, incomplete participation, or dissatisfaction with program content.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, projects, resources, and certificates are the property of UseCodify Bootcamp and protected by copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for personal learning during the program. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share them without written permission.

Projects you create during the program are your own work, but any templates or starter code provided by us remain our intellectual property.

Violation of this section may result in termination and legal action.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants must treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.

You agree not to use the Platform for illegal activities or to share harmful content.

We may record sessions for quality purposes, with your consent implied upon enrollment.

7. Limitation of Liability

UseCodify Bootcamp provides training "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee job placements, freelance opportunities, or specific outcomes.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or programs.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the program.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

By enrolling, you consent to us using your contact information for program-related communications.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maharashtra, India.
